Grosvenor House

Grosvenor House is a twin tower complex in Dubai Marina. Both towers are the 68th tallest towers in the United Arab Emirates.

The Grosvenor House is owned by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, but it is named after the Grosvenor House in London. The tower is designed by Archgroup Consultants, developed by Emaar Properties, and its main contractor is Nasa Multiplex. Both towers are of the same height which is 210 meters high, and both of them include 48 storeys, three of them are underground.

The first tower is a hotel and it is called the Grosvenor House West Marina Beach, the construction of this tower started in 2002 and completed in 2005, and then opened to the public on the 21st of June 2005. It was the first hotel tower in Dubai; it contains 12 restaurants, in addition to hotel rooms and residential flats that are managed by Le Meridien.

While the second tower is the residential one and it is called Grosvenor House The Residence. The construction of this tower started in 2007, and was completed 2011.
