Marina Heights Tower

The Marina Heights Tower is the 74th tallest tower in the United Arab Emirates.

The Marina Heights Tower is designed by RMJM Dubai, and developed by Abdul Salam M. Rafi M. Saeed Group. The tower is 208 meters high, and it includes 55 floors, four of them are underground. The construction of the tower started in 2004 and was completed in 2006.

The tower is built of concrete while its façade material is glass. The tower houses a retail space at the ground level, a business center, car parking areas, and accommodation for domestic staff and entertainment facilities.
