Abdul Rahman Mosque

Abdul Rahman Mosque is located in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan.
Abdul Rahman Mosque's total area is 3.5 acres. It consists of three storeys, one of these storeys are for women only.
The construction of the mosque started in 2001, but the work was then delayed till it was finally inaugurated in 2012. The mosque is designed by Afghan architect Mir Hafizullah Hashimi. 
The mosque can accommodate more than 10,000 people. It includes 14 domes and 2 minarets.
