Princess Tower

While Downtown Dubai is decorated by the world’s highest tower; Burj Khalifa, the 828 meter high tower, the other side of Dubai, Dubai Marina to be specific, has got a tower of the same amazing record; the tallest block in the world. Hereby is a bunch of super-tall towers congregated with each other in one block, with an average from 250m to over 500m.

Princess Tower is announced to be the world’s tallest residential building at the height of 414 meter and 100 floors above ground. It includes 6 basement floors, a ground floor and 100 extra floors including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom luxury flats and 2 to 3 bedroom duplex flats, and the top storeys contain 4 bedroom penthouses, providing a total of 763 flats.

The tower covers 162,580 m2. The facilities and amenities offered in the tower are ranging from a 5 star lobby, an interior and exterior swimming pool, a full equipped gym, sauna, steam and Jacuzzi to a distinctive occasions chamber, billiards chamber, table tennis courts, electronic games chamber, satellite facilities, children’s nursery and parking areas for all the apartments. Eight outlet zones have been offered on the ground floor as well.

The most distinctive and entertaining zones of Dubai with Mall of the Emirates, Marina Mall, and Ibn Battuta Mall, and numerous multi-cultural schools and reputed institutions and universities located in Knowledge Village, are very close to it, so it is located in the perfect place.

Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City provide free zone trade and commerce haven as a facility to meet the people’s needs in business and trade.

Dubai Sufouh Tram is expected to pass just ahead of Princess Tower, the new commuting way is designed to connect with Dubai Metro stations through Sheikh Zayed Road.
