The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD)

The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is a new building under construction, it is a unique building in the middle of the center of the economic center of the Middle East. It is located close to King Fahad Road at North Al Ryadh.

The construction of the King Fahd Financial District is pledged by the Rayadh Investment Corporation on behalf of the Pension Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The construction of the building is expected to cost 29 billion Saudi Riyals that equals 7.8 billion American dollars.

The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) covers an area of 1.6 million square meters. There are 57 Skyscrapers at the Financial District. It is going to offer more than three million square meters for more than 62,000 parking areas and accommodation for more than 12,000 people.

The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is designed by Architects Henning Larsen, the Danish architectural firm.
