The Wild Wadi Water Park

The Wild Wadi Water Park is an outdoor water park located in Al Jumeirah in the United Arab Emirates. It is operated and owned by the UAE based company; Jumeirah International.

The Wild Wadi Water Park contains numerous water slides, a heated cooled wave pool, two artificial surfing machines and a waterfall of a height of 18 meters. In addition to that are the snack stands, restaurants and gift shops.

The Wild Wadi Water Park includes the largest rides that have been never built in the Middle East before, ring rides, Tantrum Alley & Burj Surj, Jumeirah Sceirah, Flow Rider, Breakers Bay, Juha’s Journey and Juha’s Dhow and Lagoon.

Wild Wadi has got about 50,000 cubic meters of concrete, 6,500 tons of steel reinforcements, more than 40,000 plants, 80 kilometers of rope, 800 cubic meters of timber, 150 assortments of inflation materials, 24 mechanical spaces and more than 7,5 kilometers of underground pipework which are totally hidden from the visitors. Almost 3,000 workers were hired to work on this global structure which has started in June 1997.
