The Emirates Office Tower

The Emirates Office Tower is located in the financial center of Dubai; it is linked with the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel through a retail boulevard, therefore this area is called the Emirates Towers complex. It is higher than the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, but it has less storeys.

The Emirates Office Tower was previously called Emirates Tower One, the construction of this building started in the year 1996, and was completed after three years; in 1999.

The Emirates Office Tower is the world’s 23rd tallest building, its height is 354.6 meters high, including 54 storeys, and it covers the total area of 100,000 square meters. And it has got 17 elevators. The tower houses the private office of Shiekh Majid bin Muhammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and also many offices of international companies and organizations such as Rolls Royce, BMW, and Cartier.

The Emirates Office Tower was designed by Hazel W.S. Wong Norr, its design is inspired by the modern architecture. The tower has got a triangular design which gives the chance to the people to enjoy the beautiful scenery that surrounds the building.
